Where do you deliver?

We only deliver to mainland England, Wales and Scottish Lowlands. We do not deliver to the Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland or Scottish Highlands. The delivery service we use cannot guarantee next day delivery to these areas and therefore not suitable for delivering cheese. Please contact us if you require for further details.


Why don't you offer Saturday delivery?

We do not offer a Saturday delivery as standard due to the high cost, currently £25 pounds for next day delivery, if you do want Saturday delivery then please contact us to arrange.


I am buying a gift for a friend do you include the name of the gift box as part of the gift?

No, as sometimes the name of the gift is not associated with the occasion and the name of the gift box is a way to group the cheeses. If the name of the gift box is important please let us know so that we can include it with the package.


When will the gift arrive?

We only offer a next day delivery service due to the nature of the product. Interlink will send a text message and email, if one is provided, with an hour time slot. Therefore, if the gift is not for you please let the person know. If the gift is not cared for on arrival we cannot guarantee the quality of the cheese.


What if I need to change my delivery date?

Our parcels leave the shop about 3pm the day before delivery, therefore, you need to let us know before this time if you want to delay delivery. If the parcel has been dispatched and you delay delivery with Interlink then this may effect the quality of the cheese.


Do you provide tasting notes?

At this moment in time we do not provide tasting notes, we only offer this for our Cheese Wedding Cakes. Each cheese is labelled with the cheese name.
